At the Millthorpe Boutique Motel, we have adjusted the way we do things to help you feel safe during your stay with us.
We have put into place contactless check-ins and check-outs. On the morning of your arrival, we will contact you with the details of your check-in. This call will be just as if you were checking-in at reception. We will answer any question’s you have about our motel and your room and if you need information about Millthorpe we will be able to help.
On arrival into your room, or at reception you will need to use the Service NSW app to check-in before commencing your stay. You will find the information for this in front of the compendium in your room.
At our motel, we have put into place COVID-19 cleaning routines that are based on the Safe Work Australia guidelines.
During your stay in an effort to provide you with the best service while still following COVID-19 guidelines, housekeeping services are available upon request. If you need us to restock your essentials, you just need to mark what items you require on our housekeeping request form and we will deliver the supplies to your room.
Even with our COVID-19 safety plan in place, we will never lose sight of the importance of our guests. We will always do our best to give you the assistance you need and an enjoyable stay.
